Therapeutic Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting the appropriate use of our products to healthcare professionals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through omni-channel approaches and develop business plans to achieve objectives.
  • Analyse sales data to inform market interpretation and provide comprehensive insights to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and communicate strategies to achieve sales targets and grow ongoing sales in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and network with thought leaders.
  • Apply patient-centric problem-solving skills with emotional intelligence and excellent time management and prioritisation ability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant selling experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • 5+ years of key account management experience.
  • Technical expertise in product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs.
  • Strong relationships with KOLs and PAGs within their territory.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
