We are looking for a driven professional with a strong passion for sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on key account management and technical expertise.

The Senior Therapeutic Specialist will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to healthcare professionals. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve ongoing sales targets in assigned territory
  • Promote the appropriate use of Gilead products to healthcare professionals
  • Develop and adapt business plans for your territory and communicate required actions to achieve goals
  • Interpret sales analysis data and develop market insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company goals
  • Work effectively as an individual contributor and team player

Requirements:

  • 7+ years selling experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • 5+ years key account management experience
  • Technical expertise in product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs
  • Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Professional Associations Groups
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
