About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to make a positive impact in the community.

As a Therapeutic Specialist, you will work with NDIS participants in Hornsby, Dural and Kellyville, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Develop and implement unique treatment plans for each participant, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide guidance and advice on environmental adaptations, including home, school, work and residential facilities.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology to promote independence and overcome functional limitations.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants.
  • Relevant insurance, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Active ABN.
