
Senior Administrative Assistant

This role provides administrative assistance to the organisation by maintaining efficient administrative processes across all locations.
- First Point of Contact: Present a positive first impression through reception and telephone contact points, interacting with consumers, members of the public, and employees.
- Accuracy and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Office Operations: Provide administrative support by maintaining office stationery supplies, filing, records maintenance, document creation, data entry, printing, and assisting in general office duties as directed.
- Fleet Management: Accurately manage bookings within the management system, issue fleet vehicle keys, and prepare keys for early pick up times.
- Cash Handling: Collect and receipt funds, balance float and incoming fees daily, issue funds for group outings and meals.
- Petty Cash Disbursements: Dispense and reconcile petty cash.
- Certificate III Qualification in Business or equivalent industry experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technological proficiency.
- Able to work in an environment with competing priorities and demands.
- A commitment to working collaboratively to ensure excellence in service provision.
- Able to undertake cash handling duties in line with set policies and procedures.
