Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Cashier/ Receptionist/Office
Duties and Responsibilities:

A cashier, receptionist, or office professional in this position has various essential duties:

  • Greet showroom customers and determine the purpose of their visit.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify relevant staff members, and introduce them to a salesperson.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, or take detailed messages.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Collect basic demographic information from each customer using an established method.
  • Enter data into the prospect tracking system and generate weekly reports for managers.
  • Communicate messages to the right parties in a timely manner.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Process payments, handle related paperwork, and ensure it is filed or scanned correctly.
  • No prior experience or training is required.
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos is necessary.
  • The ability to write simple correspondence is also required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions given in written or oral form is important.
  • A desire to help customers is a plus.
  • Passing drug testing, MVR/insurability, background investigation/interview is mandatory.
