Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Administrator.

  • This role will provide strong administrative support to the finance, purchasing and contracts functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mining or heavy industry environment with exposure to accounting/finance tasks.
  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) workflow processes and administrative tasks relating to procurement and purchasing is essential.
About The Role

The Senior Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the finance, purchasing and contracts functions.
  • Collating information for submission of FBT returns.
  • Analysing daily profit/loss reports for commentary to key stakeholders.
  • Reallocating costs where required.
  • Assisting and supporting with forecasting/budgeting and reconciliations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have completed a Cert III or IV in Business Administration and have relevant work experience.
