Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain administrative processes across all locations.
  • Provide front-line support to consumers, members of the public, and employees.
  • Interact with stakeholders, respond to queries, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document creation.
  • Assist with fleet management, including booking vehicle maintenance, issuing keys, and preparing keys for early pick-up times.
  • Collect and receive funds, balance float and incoming fees daily, and issue funds for group outings and meals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in an environment with competing priorities and demands.
