Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our HR team. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and plays a key part in supporting the department heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise department heads in the absence of the HR Manager.
  • Assist in implementing the Resort's grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Provide accurate advice and guidance to staff on employment-related matters.
  • Deliver training and support to the HR team.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant legislation regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, minimum conditions, OH&S, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee the development of Resort apprentices and trainees.
  • Manage performance management and training systems.
  • Administer the Health and wellbeing program.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy and Training legislation, previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment, and a Human Resources Qualification or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential as well as intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications.
