Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a renowned resort located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, Western Australia, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our fast-paced HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role involves providing instruction to departments in the absence of the HR Manager and assisting in the implementation of grievance and disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • In the absence of the HR Manager, provide guidance to department heads.
  • Implement and maintain resort policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to the HR team.
  • Manage the progress of resort apprentices and trainees through close contact with managers, external training organizations, and agencies.
  • Oversee performance management and training development systems.
  • Coordinate visa and sponsorship information.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy, and Training legislation. A Human Resources Qualification or at least 3 years of HR management experience is essential.
