HR Business Partner

Located in a picturesque resort environment on Western Australia's Cable Beach, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of grievance and disciplinary procedures, providing employment-related advice to staff, and overseeing performance management and training systems.

Key Responsibilities- Provide instruction to departments in the absence of the HR Manager
- Assist in implementing the Resort's grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Provide accurate advice and guidance to staff on employment-related matters
- Manage the progress of Resort apprentices and trainees
- Oversee the Resort Orientation program for new staff
- Administer the Resorts Health and wellbeing program
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy and Training legislation is essential
- Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment of international standard preferred
- Human Resources Qualification, or at least 3 years HR management experience required
- Proven customer service experience required
- Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Office 365 SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
