We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Broome, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction to departments in the absence of the HR Manager
  • Implement workplace policies and procedures
  • Advise and guide staff on employment-related matters
  • Provide training and support to the HR team
  • Ensure compliance with legislation regarding discrimination, sexual harassment, minimum conditions, OH&S, grievance, and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage the progress of apprentices and trainees
  • Oversee performance management systems
Requirements:
  • Degree level knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy, and Training legislation is essential
  • Previous experience in a hotel/resort environment is preferred
  • Human Resources qualification or at least 3 years of HR management experience
  • Proven customer service experience required
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Office 365 SharePoint
