Key Role in HR Team

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our dynamic HR team. This is a key role that requires the ability to provide guidance and support to staff members on employment-related matters, including entitlements, accommodations, and benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Resort's grievance and disciplinary procedures, providing training and support to the HR team, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to discrimination, sexual harassment, and occupational health and safety.

About the Job

  1. Provide accurate advice and guidance to staff members on employment-related matters.
  2. Implement the Resort's grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  3. Provide training and support to the HR team.
  4. Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to discrimination, sexual harassment, and occupational health and safety.
  5. Manage the progress of Resort apprentices and trainees.
  6. Oversee the Resort Orientation program for new staff.
  7. Administer the Resorts Health and wellbeing program.
  8. Coordinate Visa and sponsorship information.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy and Training legislation.
  • Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment of international standard.
  • Human Resources Qualification or at least 3 years HR management experience.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Intermediate level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Office 365 SharePoint.
