Job Title: Assistant Human Resources Manager

The role will involve managing the progress of apprentices and trainees, overseeing performance management and training systems, and administering health and wellbeing programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy, and Training legislation, with previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment of international standard.

A Human Resources qualification or at least 3 years of HR management experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In the absence of the HR Manager provide instruction to department.
  • Assists in the implementation of the Resort's grievance and disciplinary procedures.

  • Manages the resorts performance management and training and development systems.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Privacy and Training legislationis essential.
  • Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment of international standard preferred.
  • Human Resources Qualification, or at least 3 years HR management experience .
  • Proven customer service experience required.
