About the Role

This is a fantastic career opportunity for seasoned professionals to spearhead our Retail Sales initiative in Grocery Independent accounts. As a Territory Manager, you will cultivate strong and trusting relationships with retail customers and store owners while representing our brands.

The assigned territory encompasses South NSW & North NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with ranging partners
  • Develop and implement Promotional Programs to drive sales growth
  • Grow and manage a territory by forging meaningful connections with key stakeholders
  • Drive new product distribution targets through strategic sell-in initiatives
  • Enhance merchandising capabilities and demonstrate willingness to travel within metropolitan areas
  • Ensure seamless execution of plans and programs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in FMCG, preferably in sales or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to support activation implementation in retail environments
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced project settings
  • Proficient skills in Excel are essential
