**The Company**:

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, reseller chain of store across NSW.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Provide product training and support to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Trade Qualified.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the pool industry
- Strong knowledge of pool pumps and related equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic - intermediate IT.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
