Job Overview

We are seeking experienced territory professionals to join our retail sales team and work with independent grocery accounts. As a territory manager, you will represent brands to retail customers and store owners, forming strong connections.

Your territory includes South NSW and North NSW, where you will engage with ranging teams, manage promotional programs, and develop relationships with store owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with ranging teams to align business objectives
  • Implement and manage promotional programs to drive sales growth
  • Develop and manage your territory to build strong relationships with store owners
  • Secure new site opportunities to increase revenue
  • Grow ranging and category sales within your territory
  • Drive product distribution targets to expand market presence
  • Provide general merchandising support and travel to metropolitan areas as required
  • Ensure all plans are executed with excellence
Requirements
  • Previous experience in FMCG or related sales roles
  • Proven track record of supporting activation implementation in retail environments
  • Ability to deliver results in fast-paced project environments
  • Proficient skills in Excel to analyze data and optimize performance
Working Conditions

This is a full-time opportunity that requires willingness to travel to metropolitan areas and occasional overnight stays. You must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
