Main Responsibilities:

We seek an organised, motivated, and confident Project Coordinator to join our team for a diverse role. Key tasks include coordinating all maintenance and minor projects to completion, responding promptly to maintenance requests, managing trade resources efficiently, and developing customer relationships.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all maintenance and minor projects from setup to completion.
  • Maintenance Request Management: Respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests.
  • Trade Resource Management: Efficiently manage trade labour resources to complete works.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Status Reporting: Ensure regular reporting on maintenance job status for customers.
  • Teamwork: Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • General Administration: Perform general day-to-day administration and coordination of projects as requested.
  • Project Support: Provide administration support to the project team.
  • Reporting: This role will report directly to the General Manager.
  • Travel Opportunities: Opportunity for interstate and international travel.

Skills and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess high attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, relationship-building skills, and a high standard of personal integrity and responsibility.

Work Experience: Work experience in either maintenance or fit-out industries is desirable, but not essential.
