We are seeking an experienced and dynamic coordinator to join our team at Melbourne Airport, where you will play a key role in improving the presentation of our precinct.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Asset Managers to identify opportunities for improvement, undertake audits, and provide recommendations for enhancing passenger experience and asset presentation.

As a Presentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of cleaning and estate services, identifying safety hazards, and reporting them. You will also support our Asset Managers in completing audits for quality of scope delivery and estate management.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of fixture and fitting materials and their lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to generate reports on audit findings and present improvement recommendations.
  • Experience in services delivery in a presentation-related capacity.
  • A background in conducting audits for quality control, contract compliance, or service delivery in a facilities management context.
  • Experience identifying and closing out safety hazards through audits or inspections.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
