The Job Description:
You will report to Operations Manager and be responsible for managing all administration duties while coordinating and following up routine inspections and day-to-day maintenance issues. A key focus will be on high-level customer service provided to each of the centre's retailers, including daily communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Assist in preparing the centre budget and accurate forecasts.
- Manage quotes and work orders, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Schedule contractor works, including communication to all relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with all tenants and on-site representatives.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers for regular service and certifications.
- Review daily security reports and action items as needed.
- Oversee on-site cleaning and security staff.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent IT, data entry skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and vehicle are essential. You should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
