**About the Role**

We are seeking a permanent Chinese speaking administration professional to join our team. As a key member, you will provide essential support to our sales representatives, handling daily administrative tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating communication with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate communication between sales teams and clients, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Process sales orders, collate documentation, and resolve customer service issues.
  • Track orders through delivery and provide updates to clients.
  • Communicate with staff in our China office and factory in both English and Chinese.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale clients.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
