The role of the Enterprise Strategic Growth Manager involves leading the relationship management & growth strategy with partners and key clients.
This includes developing and executing portfolio plans to maximise commercial growth and customer engagement, as well as coaching and developing the PRM team around relationship management best practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing processes to ensure a smooth transition of new partnership opportunities from the Partnerships team to the Partner Relationship Management team and Merchant sales team.
They will also enhance and improve the relationship management function to drive success for the business and our clients, while continuing to execute developed GTM plans to ensure all supporting teams are engaged and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute portfolio plans incorporating strategic initiatives and tactics to maximise commercial growth and customer engagement.
- Coach and develop the PRM team around relationship management best practice.
- Design and implement processes to ensure a smooth transition of new partnership opportunities.
- Enhance and improve the relationship management function to drive success for the business and our clients.
- Continue to execute developed GTM plans to ensure all supporting teams are engaged and effective.
In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will require exceptional leadership skills, excellent relationship management and strategic relationship management skills, as well as strong numeracy and communication skills.
They will also need to have good conceptual appreciation of API approaches, use cases and technologies, as well as demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain strong working and interpersonal relationships and collaborate and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
