Job Description:

About this Position

This role drives strategic direction and profit responsibility for banners and multi-store operators within the independent grocery channel.

Key tasks include leading range reviews, new product development launches, net revenue management, and promotional programs.

The role manages price negotiations, annual investment plans, and production and financial forecasting.

It supports third-party field teams with training and in-store execution, assists sales coordinators, and oversees claims, provisions, and month-end processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Develop and execute global, regional, and local account strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities and manage business development budgets.
  • Translate customer strategies into joint innovation roadmaps and drive solution-based selling.
  • Lead customer approval processes and implement upstream solution selling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and executives.
  • Support field teams and optimize local sales processes to align with account strategies.
  • Analyze financial KPIs and proactively manage account performance.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as sales forecasts and monthly reports.
