Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Associate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of business strategies and initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on setting the strategic agenda for our business unit, leading strategic projects, and operationalizing strategic focus initiatives. You will also provide insights and structured problem-solving methodologies for critical business projects and support senior leaders in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives

  • Operationalize strategic focus initiatives and ensure successful implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in strategy and business development
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
