**The Growth Lead Role**
As a key member of our team, you will define and implement growth strategies that align with our overall business goals.
You will create and execute growth experiments using data and experimentation to drive informed decision-making.
Develop and optimize acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
Identify and target new customer segments to drive user acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful growth initiatives and increase product lead growth.
Use analytics tools to track and measure performance and optimize accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Communicate progress and results to leadership and stakeholders.
Organize customer engagement activities like webinars, training sessions, and user groups.
Brief and lead external contractors to level up growth initiatives.
Form a solid understanding of users and workflows, planning growth initiatives or working with the engineering team to build features in the product that contribute to growth or retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup or software industry.
- Experience in performance marketing, media buying, strategy, or creative development.
- Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using analytics and growth tools.
