About Your Role:

A Business Growth Manager is focused on delivering our strategic plan and in-year optimisation, responsible for pricing and promotional guidance to drive growth.

This role requires strong planning, agile thinking, effective communication and attention to detail as you navigate through formulating business recommendations and engaging stakeholders to implement them.

Success in this role will be defined by organisational adoption of plans as much as content creation so it is essential that the individual in this role is a great communicator, collaborator, and stakeholder manager.

The core responsibilities include:

  • FUTURE SHAPING: Plan pricing and promotional moves over a 3-year horizon, guiding principles and a playbook for the market.
  • IN YEAR OPTIMISATION: Owner of value chains, investment and spend efficiency modelling, promotional calendar review and optimisation modelling, promotional and pricing return on investment.
  • PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE: Programme compliance reporting, performance scorecards, support tracking and reporting on strategic initiatives.
  • LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT: Build capability and technical understanding of stakeholders, seek out opportunities to engage with and add value to the broader business.

Key requirements include:

  • Business growth management or analyst experience within FMCG/CPC.
  • Financial acumen and business reporting.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker and strong problem solver.
  • Agile communicator.
  • Strong people influencer.
