**Job Description**

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategy Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with our commercial advertising team to develop client-focused marketing solutions.

As a Strategy Manager, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with sales teams to generate revenue by leveraging our company's assets to deliver clients' objectives.

You'll achieve this by:

  • Partnering with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Creating and facilitating client workshops to uncover marketing and business problems that we can help solve.
  • Developing strategic thinking and brief responses across categories and budget levels.
  • Supporting the senior strategy team to deliver a go-to-market strategy and grow integrated revenue.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in strategy or planning within media, advertising, PR, marketing, or publishing industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of what drives business success and the ability to use storytelling to influence and persuade.
