The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the building industry and construction materials, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and commercial acumen. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to expand our customer base and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that align with business objectives and drive continuous growth for CSR.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify key areas of improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine the most effective course of action.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key reseller customers in NSW/ACT through a methodical and polished approach.
- Identifying opportunities for collaborative partnerships and negotiating commercial outcomes that deliver mutual benefits.
- Providing expert guidance on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or commercial planning, preferably within the building industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
