About the Role

The Client Technology Officer is a key member of the Unisys team, responsible for driving technology and innovation programs on leading accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's IT and business challenges, as well as a strong ability to drive digital workplace innovation and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture: Manage and maintain IT/technology architecture models, create a client-specific strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer in technology-related matters.
  • Innovation & Leadership: Drive and coordinate Applied Innovation and Service Excellence programs, and be an ambassador for the Unisys Service Lines.
  • Client Relationship: Drive up client satisfaction, identify new opportunities to increase client value, and work with the Client C-suite to deliver Unisys growth.
  • Projects & Change Management: Analyze and manage customer requirements, work with the project/change team, and communicate solution architectural design and service specifics to Client stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.
  • Expertise: Expertise in IT Service Delivery or Presales related to Digital Workplace Services.
  • Experience: At least 15 years' experience as an IT Technical/Solution Architect, Client Technology Officer, and Innovation leader.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong know-how in Digital Workplace and the subcomponents required to deliver a modern digital workplace.
  • Travel: Regular travel is required for this role.
