This is an opportunity to join our People and Culture team as a Strategic Talent Lead. You will partner with the Corporate Operations Group People and Culture Director and broader team to drive workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, culture, diversity, inclusion, and talent management.
You will engage directly with senior leaders and leadership teams to quickly build credibility and design solutions that support business priorities.
- Develop strategic plans for the future in partnership with senior leaders.

- Evaluate and improve business practices, streamlining processes where possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications in disciplines such as HR, psychology, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to utilise data insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and stakeholders, building strong relationships across People and Culture and with the business.
- A global mindset and ability to make a positive impact across different regions and cultures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, present to senior audiences, and convey strategic concepts.
