Role Overview

A Strategic Project Leader is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting business objectives. This involves leading cross-functional teams, identifying project risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire M&A lifecycle, from HR due diligence to workforce integration and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Director of People M&A to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation.
  • Create and implement talent retention, leadership transition, and communication strategies for acquired companies.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
  • Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in M&A, corporate strategy, and business transformation.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with success in developing data-driven solutions.
  • Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack driving strategic impact.
