We are seeking a skilled commercial lender to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member, you will facilitate great customer conversations, originate a range of solutions, and proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills, and excellent customer engagement skills. FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 is highly desirable.

About the Role
  • Facilitate great customer conversations to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Originate a range of solutions, including commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking solutions.
  • Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
