Our Key Role in Retail Banking

This is a pivotal position within our retail banking services, where you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an individual with in-depth conversation skills to understand customers' banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
  • You will support customers with account enquiries, maintenance, and applications for credit products, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • As a key member of our team, you will complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth, providing education and demonstrations on our technology and digital banking options.
  • Your ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions will be championed by our risk-adverse culture.
