We are seeking an experienced commercial lending professional to join our team in Newcastle. As a Business Banker, you will be responsible for business development within your local community and supporting retention of client relationships by providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer conversations to understand goals and needs, and provide relevant solutions.
  • Engage customers proactively to support their business and personal objectives.
  • Represent the organization's business banking proposition within the local business community.

We are interested in candidates with experience in commercial lending or B2B sales, sound financial analysis skills, commercial acumen, excellent customer engagement skills, and a passion for serving small business customers.
