About the Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Digital & Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Technology and Digital Advantage practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of digital topics and apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on end-to-end projects, taking ownership of complex 'modules' and developing specialized knowledge to help clients solve their problems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital challenges and create strategies for change.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions, leveraging expertise in areas such as AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Work closely with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver seamless, multidisciplinary solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Technology and Digital Advantage practice, identifying new opportunities for innovation and impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in consulting, industry, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering digital and technology projects.
  • Outstanding academic record, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to frame strategic challenges from a digital and technology perspective.
  • Flexibility to travel within the ANZ and Asia Pacific region.
  • Passion for digital and technology, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
