Additionally, the role involves analysing and recommending divisional forecasts, facilitating weekly assessments of divisional performance, and driving a performance achievement culture through the development of team members' skills and capability.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience from a merchandise background in Home, with a keen aesthetic and affinity with product & brand. Experience in the lifestyle sector of the fashion industry is preferred, as well as an understanding of general business practices and proven management experience.

The successful candidate will also be able to lead and motivate large teams, with a strong focus on developing team members' skills and capability.
