About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our Bonds Outlet Camberwell Store team.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and meet team budgets and KPIs.
- Team Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity.
- Visual Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising strategies in-store and make commercial decisions to drive business results.
- Stock Management: Understand and prioritize stock management processes to optimize inventory levels.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance.
- Business Analysis: Analyze reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business growth.
