The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving global excellence in channel trade, operations, and customer experience across all our retail touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of retail operations strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and team members.
  • Drive digital transformation and leverage modern tools and platforms to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Operations Director or in a similar leadership role within retail, preferably in fashion or apparel.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
  • Deep customer intelligence, with an intimate understanding of the market and the ability to create an ecosystem for the customer.
  • Possesses strong digital capabilities, with a comprehensive understanding of the market and the unique needs and preferences of our team and customers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
