About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to join our team at YETI. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our ANZ dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all retail locations.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, setting clear objectives and KPIs to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and manage expectations relating to shipments, inventory, product allocation, and changes.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence for overall business strategy development.
  • Work collaboratively with our independent dealer network to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in a sales/retail leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in driving profitable business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate people leader.
  • Adaptive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising strategies, and industry trends.
  • Analytical in data, clear, and open-minded.
  • Ability to travel extensively to various locations across the country.
