Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Cairns, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our rental guests by guiding them through the vehicle handover and return. This will include completing rental contracts, selling ancillary products, and vehicle demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Complete rental contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Sell ancillary products such as reduction options, tables, and chairs
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and provide information on RV features and benefits

Requirements:

  • A valid open manual driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using technology and apps
