Front Office Ambassador Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Ambassador to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in guest relations, communication, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our front office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, manage guest requests, and provide exceptional service at all times.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, responding promptly to guest requests
  • Work closely with the front office team to achieve smooth daily operations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in hospitality or a related field (an advantage)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
