The Role
We are looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in 40 Hannam St, Bungalow QLD 4870, Australia. You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Branch leadership, with the goal of ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining our campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of issues to guarantee smooth depot operation.

What Will You Work On?

  • Handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs;
  • Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
  • Maintaining campervans in top condition and monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
  • Registering guests, monitoring stock and processing payments;
  • Handling complaints and troubleshooting emergencies.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • You are a travel enthusiast with aptitude for direct customer contact; experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car is desirable;
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory);
  • You are eligible to work in Australia, have a valid driver\'s licence and feel confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
  • You are available to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • You are responsible and reliable;
  • You are well-organised and good at solving problems.
