We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and providing exceptional service to meet their needs.

Job Description:
  • Establish rapport with customers to determine their car rental needs
  • Review various add-ons and services to recommend the best options
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries promptly
Requirements:
  • A full and valid Australian driver's license
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
