Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist

A skilled and dedicated individual is required to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in through check-out.

  • Deliver prompt and courteous reception services to guests.
  • Ensure the highest standards are maintained by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain open communication with the Guest Service Manager regarding relevant feedback.
Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve guest queries efficiently and effectively.
  2. Provide an exceptional reception experience, including check-in/check-out and audit procedures.
  3. Maximize room occupancy by promoting hotel services and facilities.
  4. Adhere to hotel credit policy when accepting foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer-focused industry experience.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Calm, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Front Office/Concierge experience in hotels or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to enhance daily duties.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills at all times.
  • Participate in training courses as needed and contribute to Night Team's development efforts.
