We are embarking on a significant transformation journey in our finance systems, and we need a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects and departments.

Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our Finance Systems Transformation Program. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining schedules for multiple projects and departments, including resources and SMEs
  • Monitoring project progress and updating schedules as required
  • Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Collaborating with project managers and department heads to understand the scope and requirements of each project
  • Communicating schedule updates and changes to stakeholders

You will be working closely with the Program Delivery Lead to support the execution of key program outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the enhancement and uplift of our systems.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract position for 24 months. You will be working in a flexible environment, with options to work from home or in one of our many locations. We offer a range of benefits, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus superannuation, annual leave, and access to our rewards program.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong, demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale programs
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering systems implementation programs (ideally ERP)
  • Experience in a multi-brand and/or large complex organisation
  • A strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
  • A strong track record in managing resources and collaborating with key stakeholders
