Program Coordinator

We're seeking a Program Coordinator to play a key role in our banking transformation journey. As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for scheduling, logistics, and communication of our leadership program events.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Head of Leadership to take full responsibility for managing the end-to-end program experience. This includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery for our employees, as well as managing participant feedback through a comprehensive assessment process.
You'll also be the primary contact point for our leadership development program, driving engagement with employees and addressing any queries or questions they may have. Additionally, you'll support program reporting to inform governance and senior leadership meetings.
