About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front office and reservations department. The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager and other departments to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and that our business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office and reservations staff, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and control operational expenditure, ensuring it remains within budgeted guidelines.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Oversee the efficient and effective staffing of departments to achieve financial and service quality targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the front office and reservations teams to discuss goals, progress, and any issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, and that guest feedback is reviewed and acted upon regularly.
