Guest Services Supervisor Job Summary

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising staff in all aspects of the department's operations. This role involves reporting, data management, and system administration to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy while maintaining uncompromised guest experiences.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume day-to-day responsibilities for the department.

  • Collect and report on departmental activities and performance relative to benchmarks.

This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities. You should have previous management experience preferably in a hotel, hospitality, or tourism environment. Additionally, you must possess thorough knowledge of customer service principles, policies, procedures, and brand standards.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of practices and theories in a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of customer service.
  • Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and/or work with a multi-disciplinary staff.

You should be able to interact effectively with guests, management, peers, staff, and the general public. Familiarity with local area, city, and surrounding regions is an asset.
