Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a front desk agent in a hotel setting.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage reservations and process payments.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and respond to general guest requests.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Opera Cloud, or MEWS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
