Front Office Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's front desk, including managing staff, handling guest complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

As the second-in-command, you will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure that all aspects of the hotel's business are running smoothly. This includes leading the team during AM and PM coverage, assisting departments within the hotel as needed, and overseeing reception operations from checking in guests to handling member queries.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and will be able to think creatively to find solutions to problems. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build effective relationships with colleagues and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and assist the Hotel Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel">
  • Manage front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services">
  • Assist departments within the hotel as needed, including kitchen, housekeeping, night audit, maintenance & front office operations">
  • Oversee reception operations, including handling guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner">
  • Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and hotel performance">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial statements and operational data">
