
Front Desk Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Supervisor to lead our front office team and drive exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage a dynamic team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver consistently high standards of service.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve hotel performance goals, including revenue, loyalty metrics, and upselling targets.
- Oversee lobby services, including car parking, porterage, and guest arrivals and departures.
- Maintain strong communication with Housekeeping and Engineering departments to ensure efficient maintenance requests and cleanliness standards.
- Manage group requirements, VIP guest needs, and loyalty member experiences to build lasting relationships.
- Streamline and monitor front desk processes, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational policies.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a leadership role within Front Office or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Solid knowledge of Front Office procedures and proficiency in property management systems (Opera PMS experience highly regarded).
- Demonstrated ability to manage rosters, control costs, and meet departmental budgets.
